Here’s everything you need to know about our dispatch and shipping times:
Bundles & Closures
These are dispatched within 6–7 business days after we receive cleared payment.
Please note: This timeframe excludes sale periods, Bank Holidays, and National Holidays.
Wigs
Our wigs are dispatched within 15 business days after cleared payment is received.
Excluding sale periods, Bank Holidays, and National Holidays.
Coloured Wigs
Coloured wigs are dispatched within 15 business days of cleared payment.
Excluding sale periods, Bank Holidays, and National Holidays.
We dispatch orders Monday–Friday only. Delivery charges are listed on our website. By using our site, you agree to our terms & conditions, which may be updated from time to time so it’s always good to check them before making a purchase. 👍
During busy sale periods, please expect longer processing and shipping times.
Shipping & Handling
We ship worldwide!
You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail to the address you provide in the “Ship To” section during checkout, so please double-check your details.
Dispatch Times
In line with the DSR Act 2000, orders must be dispatched within 30 days from the order date.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days, unless stated otherwise in the product description. If any delay arises, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
These costs will always be shown at checkout before you enter payment details.
Please review carefully, as shipping mistakes cannot be changed afterwards.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees in line with courier annual increases.
Delays or Lost Parcels
If you haven’t selected next-day delivery, please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive.
We can provide tracking details, reference numbers, and dates as needed.
Royal Mail and most couriers require a full 30-day wait before a parcel is considered lost and a claim can be submitted.
This allows time for:

Collection from a Royal Mail/Courier office if delivery was missed

The parcel to be returned to us if uncollected
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! 💕
However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
Please ensure your final purchase is exactly what you want before checking out.

All sale orders are thoroughly inspected before dispatch, and all sale purchases are final.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not home when the courier attempts delivery, they’ll leave a calling card. Please follow the instructions promptly.
If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or redelivery wasn’t arranged, you may be responsible for:

Paying the shipping fee to resend the parcel
